Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:

• PRC bar admission;
• Law degree and outstanding academic credentials;
• 3+ years PQE in reputable law firms and / or multinational corporation(s), with Significant experience in corporate, M&A, securities and private equity practice related to the Chinese market (strongly preferred);
• Proficiency in English.
