Sunland Law International Trade and Competition team has advised many clients on antitrust issues, including pricing monopolistic monopoly behaviors regulated by National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).

Sunland Law International Trade and Competition team is currently working on several NDRC investigations on price monopolistic behaviors involving infant formula milk industry, IT, telecommunication and software business. These investigations are the high-profile ones that NDRC is currently handling. We are representing our clients in front of NDRC, participating in the investigation process and assisting clients in the preparation of defense strategy.

Besides, we have also done a few projects in relation to NDRC investigations in the past in telecommunication, software sector, etc. which mainly involved preparing legal opinions on strategy with NDRC, preparing filing complaint to NDRC, etc.
